Tuned for iden (for use wiht nextel, southern link & mike) the wilson bi-directional cellular amplifier / repeater greatly improves signal strength inside a vehicle when using your iden nextel cell phone. It does this without physical connection to your phone. It even allow multipel phones to be used simultaneously. Wilson has the only cellular in-vehicle amplifier available for phones that have no external antenna connection.
Wilson's bi-directional wireless amplifier & antenna system improves rf coverage in areas with low signal strength. The signal is received by the outside antenna from the cell site.
The signal is then amplified adn transmitted into your phones through the adapter. When the phone transmits, the signal is sent to the amplifier through he adapter then amplified and sent to the cell site through the outside antenna. Teh signal is received by the outside antenna from the cell site. It is then amplified and repeated to your cell phone iva the inside antenna. When the phone transmits, the signal is received by the inside antenna, amplified, then repetaed to the cell site via the outside antenna.
